Digital Support Analyst

We are seeking a Digital Support Analyst to join a government department and provide customer-focused Level 1 ICT support across a range of technologies and services.

This is a 6 month contact with 2x 6 month extensions

About the Role

💼 Provide Level 1 ICT support across Windows, Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.

🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity and account access issues .

📋 Log, manage and update incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.

💬 Provide professional support via phone, email and face-to-face , escalating more complex issues when required.

🎯 Work in a fast-paced environment , managing competing priorities while delivering a positive user experience.

About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills .
• Sound knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 .
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM/ticketing platform is desirable.
• The ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment and manage competing priorities.
