Digital Support Technician (Apprentice) – Estate Agency Operations

About the role:

We're looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Digital Support Technician to keep the day-to-day operations of a new estate agency operations running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for the systems, platforms and digital tools that support our acquisition, sales, lettings and investor relations while earning a qualification on the job.

What you'll do:

• Manage property listings on the agency's CRM and property portals (e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket), keeping details, photos and prices up to date
• Act as a point of contact for tenants, handling enquiries, move-ins and move-outs, and keeping them updated throughout their tenancy
• Log and coordinate maintenance and repair requests, arranging contractors, scheduling access with tenants and following jobs through to completion
• Keep landlords informed on repairs, inspections and tenancy matters
• Research and shortlist potential investment opportunities, including properties for sale, auction lots and rental yield comparisons, to support landlords and the agency's portfolio growth
• Provide first-line support to management
• Coordinate viewings, valuations and diary bookings, and send follow-ups to applicants, vendors and landlords
• Maintain accurate records for sales progression and lettings, including compliance documents such as gas safety, EICRs and deposit protection
• Support digital marketing, such as social media posts, email campaigns and property videos
• Help identify and set up new tools or automations that save the team time

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience working in an estate or lettings agency (essential)
• Confident with computers, cloud software and online platforms
• Organised, reliable and good at juggling multiple tasks
• Clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues
• Calm and professional when dealing with tenants, contractors and urgent repair issues
• An interest in property investment and the local market
• Keen to learn and grow within the property and tech sectors

Pay: £15.00 per hour
