A fast-growing social commerce company managing livestreaming, UGC, and affiliate talent for brand partners across Southeast Asia is looking for a Digital Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition, relationship management, and strategic growth for our Digital Talent team.

About the company:

→ Southeast Asia-based social commerce company managing digital talent — livestream hosts, UGC creators, and affiliates — for brand partners

→ Work spans talent sourcing, booking, content strategy, and performance across Social projects

→ Fast-paced, high-growth environment where talent quality and relationships are a core competitive advantage

What you'll own:

→ Resource allocation strategy for livestream hosts, shoot talents, and affiliate content, aligned to cross-functional needs (BD Studios, Commercial, Production, etc.)

→ Implementation of Social project strategies geared toward long-term optimization of Digital Talent and content quality

→ New business development proposals and pitches for acquiring talent partnerships

→ Day-to-day Digital Talent requests and weekly priorities for sub-teams

→ KPIs and team objectives for long-term team scaling and growth

→ Optimization and expansion of the Social Digital Talent team

→ Final approval on Digital Talent booking agreements, rate negotiations, and affiliate content

→ Crisis management to maintain healthy relationships across internal and external parties

→ Insighting, research, and analysis of trends and performance in the Digital Talent space

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years of experience in social commerce, brand partnerships, marketing, or business development
• Experience managing a TikTok Shop, brand partnerships, or e-commerce activations
• Understanding of social commerce mechanics — livestream conversions, short-form content impact, and influencer marketing
• Ability to create reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements
• Experience in budget allocation for digital marketing, influencer partnerships, or social media advertising
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
• Proactive risk assessment and contingency planning
• Strong stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and execution
• Experience managing a team, including setting KPIs and evaluating performance
