We are currently seeking a talented “ Digital Technology & System Desing Executive” to join our dynamic “Technology Development” team. Based at our “ Headquarters ” in “ Kocaeli ”, this role will contribute to transformative projects under the Consumer Group “ Global ”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Electronics and Communication, or Mechatronics Engineering departments,
• 5+ years of experience in similar projects, with hands-on experience in mobile systems, AGVs, AMRs, fully automated storage systems, and 2-way and 4-way shuttle racking systems.
• Experience in system automation and humanoid robot applications is preferred.
• Experience in autonomous logistics and productions processes is preferred.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude is preferred.
• Able to understand programming languages such as Python and JavaScript is preferred
• Knowledge of basic coding, programming, and design topics such as HTML/CSS and database development is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in PLC/HMI/SCADA programming (Siemens/Rockwell preferred),
• Curious about new technologies, open to learning and research-oriented,
• Possesses analytical thinking skills, solution-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused,
• Strong problem-solving ability, practical, and quality-driven,
• Has coordination and planning skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills,
• No travel restrictions for domestic and international assignments,
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ability to plan and execute projects from start to finish in line with customer needs and project objectives,
• Manage all project stakeholders effectively and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle,
• Take an active role in system design during the pre-project phase, developing robust designs that ensure long-term system stability,
• Conduct or coordinate offline system simulations during the system design phase to verify alignment with project objectives,
• Analyze the operational conditions in which the project will be implemented, both before and after implementation,
• Manage project feasibility assessments, implementation schedules, resource planning, regular project meetings, and project team coordination.
• Research the most reliable available technologies and implement the selected solutions in projects,
• Lead on-site proof-of-concept (PoC) trials for innovative solutions and implement them in projects based on the results,
• Support project teams as a team member where needed, contributing technical expertise to project activities.
