We are seeking a Digital Technology Manager to lead technology strategy, digital platforms, AI initiatives, vendor partnerships, and technology governance within a growing not-for-profit organisation in the education sector.

About the Role

• Develop and deliver the organisation's technology strategy.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and AI.
• Lead business applications and digital platforms to support organisational goals.
• Manage technology vendors and service providers
• Support cyber security, risk management, and business continuity initiatives.
• Lead and mentor a small high-performing team.

About You

• Experience leading technology functions within small to medium-sized organisations
• Strong technology strategy and leadership capability
• Experience managing vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Knowledge of cyber security, governance, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A practical, hands-on leadership style.
• Happy to help out across the organisation from an IT perspective – no job too small.

• Salary of $150,000 - $180,000 depending on experience.
