We Are Hiring: Digital Technology Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Design and govern enterprise technology architecture covering applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and system integration.
• Manage enterprise systems, digital platforms, and technology solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive business process automation and adoption of digital technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Leverage data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to generate business value and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions across corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Manage technology projects, vendors, budgets, and technology lifecycle initiatives.
• Lead and develop digital technology teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Master's Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, digital solutions, or enterprise applications.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and enterprise system implementations.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is preferred.
