Digital Thread Test Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Digital Thread Test Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will drive end-to-end testing strategy and execution for complex digital initiatives, with a strong emphasis on enterprise systems and release readiness. You will partner closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into effective test coverage, strengthen governance, and improve the quality of delivery across interconnected business and technology environments. The position also offers the opportunity to apply AI and automation to advance testing efficiency and continuous improvement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,350 – $210,325 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for digital initiatives.
• Define testing scope and approaches for system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and release readiness testing.
• Translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain enterprise testing standards, processes, and governance.
• Lead testing efforts across PLM, MES, and ERP systems.
• Evaluate test results and assess release readiness.
• Analyze trends in testing results to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with substantial experience (12-15 years or 10-13 years respectively).
• Extensive experience developing and executing test strategies for enterprise applications.
• Proven leadership in system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and release readiness testing.
• Strong capability in managing requirements-to-test traceability and defect documentation.
• Effective communication of technical risks and results to senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating complex testing across multidisciplinary teams.
