Digital Transformation & Adoption Coordinator

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of digital tools across multiple countries.

• Travel frequently to support on-site implementation and adoption.

• Ensure consistency of deployment practices across BUs.

• Design and deliver user training sessions.

• Develop simple and effective user guidance materials.

• Support change management initiatives at BU level.

• Contribute to ERP implementation phases (testing, training, go-live support).

• Assist local teams in transitioning from legacy systems.

• Support Power BI dashboard development.

• Track usage, adoption metrics and key indicators.

• Identify gaps and propose corrective actions.

• Collect and structure user feedback.

• Actively challenge inefficiencies and suggest improvements.

• Promote a digital culture within operational teams.Education & Experience

• Engineering degree or equivalent (IT, business or industrial).

• 1–4 years in digital transformation, ERP deployment or business analysis.

• Experience in multi-country or operational environments is an asset.

• Involvement in tool deployment, testing, training or go-live support.

Languages

• Fluent French and English (mandatory).
• Spanish is a strong advantage.
