Job Responsibilities

• Lead change management and digital adoption for the organisation’s One Corporate Portal, transitioning users from manual processes to digital self-service workflows.
• Develop and deliver training programmes, user guides and communications to support employees and external suppliers.
• Coordinate operational readiness and implementation across Legal, Procurement, Risk & Compliance and Global Business Services (GBS).
• Engage stakeholders to address adoption challenges and ensure smooth implementation of new digital processes.
• Track adoption metrics, compliance and service-level performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual requests and increasing self-service adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, IT, Change Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in change management, digital transformation or business process improvement.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, training and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong communication, project coordination and analytical skills.
• Experience with enterprise portals, workflow automation or system implementation will be an advantage.
