The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Engineering & Transformation Analyst to drive the Company's digital transformation agenda by integrating engineering technologies, process optimization, and data analytics into project delivery and business operations. The role is responsible for leading BIM implementation, digital engineering initiatives, systems integration, workflow automation, and continuous improvement programs that enhance operational efficiency, project performance, and organizational capability while supporting the Company's long-term digital transformation strategy.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, project planning, or design coordination, preferably in real estate development, construction, or consultancy.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SAP Business One/SAP HANA, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Working knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM standards, and digital engineering workflows.
• Experience with workflow automation (e.g., Revit Dynamo, Power Automate) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Experience in delivering BIM, Revit, or technical training programs is an advantage.
