Digital Transformation Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Transformation Business Analyst to support a growing portfolio of projects currently preparing for rollout. This role supports initiatives including product launches, system implementations, system upgrades and other transformation projects. It involves working closely with business and project stakeholders, understanding requirements, coordinating activities and helping ensure projects are delivered effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and project objectives
• Support project teams through system implementations, upgrades, product launches and transformation initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, meetings and requirements discussions
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and project documentation
• Coordinate with business and technology stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
• Support UAT planning, execution and defect tracking
• Prepare presentations, process documentation and project updates
• Track actions, dependencies and outstanding requirements
• Assist Project Managers with project coordination and delivery activities

About you

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital transformation, technology or business transformation projects
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or product/project rollouts
• Confident facilitating meetings and presenting information to stakeholders
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects and priorities
• Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders
• Amenable to work on a contract role
• Can start immediately or with short notice period
