Work location : Anywhere in Europe remotely, but with occasional travel required.

The destination is a quality organization that operates on engineered data foundations, machine learning, semantic retrieval and governed AI agents . __ is already building there: Snowflake plus Fabric replacing Qlik as the analytics foundation, a knowledge graph and data foundation programme in flight, production-direction AI agents (Deviation Dave, Investigation Ingrid, Query Quinn) alongside Copilot, and an internal opportunity scan cataloguing 70 AI use cases across 10 project cohorts — document review, deviation triage, cross-document consistency checking, cited quality knowledge assistants.

We need an SME who is ahead of that , not narrating it. Someone whose instinct when shown a CAPA backlog is to ask about the embedding strategy and the evaluation harness, not about the chart type.

#Requirement

1. Hands-on GxP career history — personally operated inside a regulated quality system (batch disposition, deviations, CAPA, audits, inspections). Not advised on one. Operated it
2. Has faced a health authority directly , on the responding side of an FDA, EMA or equivalent inspection
3. Practitioner-grade data science and AI engineering — has built, evaluated or governed ML or LLM systems in production, not curated slides about them
4. Has held senior functional accountability — headcount, budget, or a function's compliance posture
5. Can be contradicted by a Head of Quality and hold position — the design confronts leaders with their own last three decisions and the data behind them

What they must be able to do in front of this room

• Ground everything in quality primitives — CAPA records, deviation trends, audit findings, batch data, supplier signals, complaint-to-risk traceability. No retail or finance analogues. This is the documented reason a premium provider already failed here.
• Improve our thinking, not execute our specification. We have a wireframe. We want it dismantled and rebuilt better.
• Hold a standard under pressure , including telling a senior participant their work does not meet the certification bar.
• Differentiate sharply by maturity — this cohort's digital range is wide and individualised pathways are mandatory.
• Be precise about the regulatory frontier — neither over-claiming what AI may do under GxP nor retreating into blanket caution. Both failures lose this audience permanently.
