Digital Transformation Officer (Ref : 260239)

Duties:

• Design, develop and maintain automated workflows
• Streamline paper-based or manual administrative process into digitized
• Promote and assist in the adoption of enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI capabilities) across internal departments, and identify practical AI use cases to enhance employee productivity and operativity workflow efficiency
• Build, publish and maintain interactive operational and executive dashboards
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and turn raw operational data into actionable insights
• Engage with department end-users to analyze current operational pain points and map out optimized “To-Be” digital workflows
• Conduct user training, change management and produce user guides to drive user adoption of new digital tools
• Assist the supervisor in managing digital initiative vendors and monitoring project delivery timelines
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment and post-launch enhancement for digital transformation projects
• Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ relevant IT working experience such as business analysis, software solutions, or digital project support of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• Hands-on experience or coursework in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript (ES6+), Python, HTML5, CSS3, or modern web frameworks
• Experience with modern low-code development platforms and workflow automation engines
• Solid foundational knowledge of database design (SQL, MySQL, Relational/ Non-Relational Databases) and standard RESTful API / Web Service integrations
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) visualization platforms, cloud productivity suites, and modern enterprise AI applications
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset toward learning new technologies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with non-technical stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
