About the Role

Join a leading our client in the Middle East as a Digital Transformation Programme Manager. You will lead the enterprise AI adoption programme, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the programme planning, governance cadence, and status reporting.

• Provide technical oversight of the technology partner's work.

• Own the readiness of partner deliverables for client acceptance.

• Plan and co-facilitate discovery workshops.

• Coordinate use-case costing, effort estimates, and business-case inputs.

• Manage client-side dependencies including access, data, and approvals.

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years in enterprise technology programme delivery.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA programme delivery with multi-country rollout.

• Delivery experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or agri-commodity trading.

• Experience in client-side PM roles on SI-delivered SAP implementations.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred.

• Fluent in English; Arabic, Portuguese, or French preferred.
