ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, leading private healthcare group in Greece**,** is seeking a Digital Transformation Project Manager to join their team in Athens.

Digital Transformation Project Manager (6248/DTPM/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for patient-facing digital products, including mobile applications (iOS & Android) and web platforms
• Lead UI/UX improvement initiatives through user research, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and release cycles
• Manage digital transformation projects end-to-end, from discovery and planning through implementation and go-live
• Collaborate closely with clinicians, operations teams, IT departments, and external vendors to ensure high-quality product delivery. Collaborate with DevOps and Solution Architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant digital infrastructures
• Support the development and optimization of cloud-based solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure
• Provide second-level support for core clinical and ERP systems, including EMR, LIS, RIS, and SAP ERP environments
• Maintain proper documentation, governance processes, and compliance with healthcare data protection standards
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of digital products, ideally mobile applications and web platforms
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (Azure DevOps, App Services, API Management, or equivalent)
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum delivery practices and PM methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills— equally comfortable presenting to clinical staff and C-suite executives
• Experience with SAP ERP or any other clinical platform (EMR, LIS, or RIS) in a support or implementation capacity
• Experience with UI/UX research methods and patient-centered or human-centered design principles
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7 FHIR, DICOM) will be an asset.
