Digital Transformation Project Manager

You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Operations) work smarter through digital tools, automation and AI.

This is a hands-on role where you don’t just manage projects: you build, test, and drive real adoption.

Your role and impact

• Contribute to the design and delivery of game-changing digital / AI solutions for the future of ST/ST.
• Deliver impactful digital projects end-to-end (from idea to go-live and adoption)
• Turn business needs into concrete solutions (tools, workflows, apps)
• Design and deploy automations & AI use cases (n8n, LLMs, low-code tools, etc.)
• Experiment, prototype, and scale what works into production
• Act as a trusted partner for business teams and help them embrace new ways of working
• Own what you build: ensure it runs smoothly, is monitored, and keeps improving

About You

• 3-5 years in digital projects / business analysis / automation / AI
• Comfortable mixing business thinking + hands-on execution
• Curious and proactive: you like testing new tools and learning fast
• Able to translate ideas into real, usable solutions
• Not intimidated by APIs, middleware, workflows and other IT concepts
• Strong communicator, able to work across teams
• Strong alignment with ST/ST’s core values of Respect, Transparency, Entrepreneurship and Customer-Centricity
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is an asset in a multicultural, international environment
• Can cope with a sometimes-demanding environment (scale-up context)
