Digital Transformation Specialist

About the Role

Dangfhh is seeking a motivated and solutions-oriented Digital Transformation Specialist to support the organization in improving business processes through technology, digital solutions, and data-driven practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with different departments to identify opportunities for digital improvement, evaluate existing processes, support the implementation of technology solutions, and help ensure that digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.

This role is ideal for a professional who understands both business operations and technology and can translate organizational needs into practical digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization and automation.
• Support the planning and implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
• Work with internal teams to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Assist with the implementation, integration, and adoption of digital tools and platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer experience through technology.
• Monitor digital projects, timelines, deliverables, and implementation progress.
• Collaborate with IT teams, management, and external technology providers when required.
• Prepare reports, process documentation, presentations, and recommendations for management.
• Support change-management activities and encourage effective adoption of new digital systems.
• Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the organization's operations.
• Help establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure digital projects follow appropriate security, data protection, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, IT consulting, technology implementation, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation principles, business process optimization, and technology adoption.
• Experience working with business requirements, process mapping, workflow improvement, or systems implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise applications, automation tools, data analytics, and modern digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
• Good understanding of project management principles and experience coordinating projects or initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with business intelligence or project management tools is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in digital transformation, project management, business analysis, or technology is an advantage.
• Experience with process automation, ERP/CRM systems, data visualization, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, cloud services, or similar digital solutions.
• Experience supporting organizational change or technology adoption initiatives.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles.
• Previous experience working in the Kuwaiti or GCC business environment is an advantage.
