Digital Verification Engineer (Integrated Circuits) (Fresh Grad Welcome)

Job responsibilities

• Verification test point decomposition: According to design specifications and verification requirements, the verification test points are decomposed in detail to ensure the systematization and integrity of the verification work.
• Verification environment construction: Use verification languages and tools such as UVM and SystemVerilog to build an efficient verification environment.
• Test Case Development: Develop high-quality test cases based on design specifications and validation needs.
• Validation Execution and Debugging: Perform the validation process and work closely with the design team to drive problem resolution.
• Coverage analysis and optimization: Collect and analyze verification coverage data to improve verification efficiency and quality.
• Document Writing: Write verification-related documentation to ensure the traceability and reusability of verification work.
• Research and application of new technologies: Pay attention to the latest technologies and tools in the field of verification to improve the team's verification capabilities and technical level.

Job requirements

• Educational Background: Master's degree or above in microelectronics, integrated circuits and other related electronics.
• Work Experience: 1 - 3 years of verification experience, with experience in successful tape-out projects preferred.
• Experience in DSP or FEC validation is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in verification languages and tools such as UVM and SystemVerilog, and has rich experience in verification environment development.
• Familiar with verification processes and methods, able to independently formulate verification strategies and plans.
• Familiarity with common validation tools such as simulation tools (such as Synopsys VCS, etc.), coverage analysis tools, etc.
• Good knowledge of digital circuits and computer architecture with the ability to understand key points of design and validation.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++ and Python, with the ability to write automation scripts and tools.

Other Requirements

• Have good problem analysis and solving skills, and be able to quickly locate and solve problems encountered in the verification process.
• Good team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members such as design and verification.
• Have strong learning ability and innovative spirit, be able to quickly master new technologies and tools, and continuously improve their technical level.
• Good English literacy skills with the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
• Able to work in Hong Kong for a long time.
