About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace Architect to define and drive the architecture strategy for our global ecosystem. Working closely with Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Architecture teams, you will shape modern workplace solutions, develop technology roadmaps, and ensure scalable, secure, and user-centric services. A key focus of this role is supporting our cloud-smart transformation journey while advancing automation, self-service, and Zero Trust capabilities across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Define and govern the architecture roadmap for Digital Workplace and End User Platforms.
• Drive the standardization and modernization of workplace technologies and services across the organization.
• Design future-state solutions across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, collaboration, virtual desktop, mobile, and communication platforms.
• Establish architecture standards, design principles, and lifecycle strategies.
• Partner with Security teams to ensure Security-by-Design and Zero Trust alignment.
• Advise engineering teams and stakeholders on strategic technology decisions and workplace transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and security.

What we're looking for:

• Several years of experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, or Workplace Architecture roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and modern workplace technologies.
• Experience with endpoint management, device lifecycle management, and client platforms.
• Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or other virtual desktop solutions.
• Experience working in cloud-first and SaaS-driven environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
