About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Workplace Engineer who is passionate about modern workplace technologies and enjoys combining engineering, operations, automation, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will help design, implement, operate, and optimize workplace technologies that power the daily digital experience of employees worldwide. You will work closely with architects, security specialists, service providers, and platform teams to deliver modern and secure workplace services on a global scale.

What You'll Do:

• Implement, configure, and operate workplace platforms based on Microsoft technologies.
• Manage and optimize endpoint management services using Microsoft Intune.
• Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and workplace hardware throughout their lifecycle.
• Deploy and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Support Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and other End User Computing platforms.
• Drive software deployment, patch management, workplace automation, and endpoint security initiatives.
• Collaborate with Security Engineering teams and contribute to global rollout and service improvement projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Several years of experience working with Modern Workplace technologies, Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365 administration, or End User Computing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows client platforms, and device lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and modern security concepts, including Zero Trust.
• Understanding of workplace automation, software deployment, and patch management.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, or other VDI solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
