Digital Workplace Engineer (Onsite)

• Onsite support to users whose problem can’t be resolved remotely
• Support to Executives and specific business in urgent cases
• Regular check on meeting rooms and crisis meeting rooms
• Regular check on specific assets (big screen, Airbus TV, etc.) PC Mastering:
• PC installation, refreshment and formatting following Airbus PC policy Premium Support:
• Collaborating with varied stakeholders to support the Airbus China events (such as Airbus China all staff meetings, Executives’ visits, conferences with Airline customers and governmental authorities, etc.) Specific Devices Support:
• Collaborate with other D&IM engineers to support specific PCs (industrial, engineering, etc.)
• Provide support on scanning guns, wireless barcode scanners, plotters, specific printers, etc.
• Provide support on Airbus TV and big screens UC Engineering Support:
• Daily operation for Cisco IP Telephony and video systems, both hardware and virtual servers, such as UCS/VG/Room kit or CUCM/IMP/UCCX/CUC/Jabber/ WebEx, etc.
• Create, update and validate technical documents
• Maintain UC related assets
• Handle Incidents/requests, assigned by L1 and escalate to L3 if further investigation required, within SLA
• Responsible for upgrading/patching which follows company procedures and security policies.
• Key events support such as support to VIP meeting
• Setting up new devices and new configuration
• Remote and on-site troubleshooting and support on BH and NBH
• Company Workspace ONE platform admin and operation support
• Manage device enrollment, retirement, and remote wiping for lost or stolen devices
• Deploy, and enforce security policies, profiles, and configurations for iOS devices.
• Change & Problem & Project support
• Support L3 on changes, problems and projects. 任职要求： Formal Education & Certification
• Education: Must have a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5
• 8 years’ experience in IT fields work focused specifically on onsite, video conferencing or Unified Communications (UC) support.
• Basic Skills: Good English skills.
• Certifications: Must have CET4 or above; Highly Desirable: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration or higher (CCIE Collaboration). -
• ITIL foundation is a plus. Knowledge & Experience
• On top of the requirements of L1, he/she should have knowledge and experience on:
• Proficiency on Windows operating system installing with image or bootable USB key
• Deeper understanding of basic network troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Familiar with Cisco IP Telephony and video systems, both hardware and virtual servers, such as UCS/VG/Room kit or CUCM/IMP/UCCX/CUC/Jabber/ WebEx, etc. Personal Attributes
