Digital/Event Marketing Executive

We are a tight-knit boutique agency that thrives on turning big ideas into reality—whether it’s conceptualising a massive corporate event, producing cinematic video campaigns, or crafting narrative-driven annual reports. We don’t do micro-management; we do ownership. We’re looking for a sharp, organised Account Executive who can quarterback client accounts, keep our creative wheels turning smoothly, and take charge of our clients' social media presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• The Client Champion: Act as the main day-to-day anchor for our clients, keeping them happy, informed, and confident.
• The Project Quarterback: Partner with our designers, writers, and video producers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverable standards are hit perfectly.
• The Social Media Engine: Own client social calendars from scheduling to monitoring. You know how to spot trends early and how to tailor content so it lands authentically across different platforms, including TikTok and Xiaohongshu.
• The Event Producer: Roll up your sleeves during major client events to assist with logistics, manage RSVP systems, track manpower, and coordinate on-site vendors.

Who You Are:

• You have 2-3 years of experience in an agency setting (yes, fast-paced agency internships count).
• You possess elite organizational skills—balancing multiple accounts and social calendars feels like a puzzle you love solving, not a chore.
• You understand social media metrics and community engagement inside out.
• You have a sharp eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
