Digitalisation and Operations Officer (Insurtech)

Responsibilities:

• Identify repetitive manual tasks and design automation solutions to optimize workflow efficiency
• Understand end user requirements and utilize AI tools to turn business workflows into functional workflows
• Maintain and troubleshoot for automation scripts and operational workflow
• Perform daily operational tasks to ensure compliance with service-level agreements for turnaround time and accuracy
• Coordinate cross-functional and instruct Customer Service teams for prompt resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline(Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Comfortable to adopt AI tools to build applications and eager to use vibe coding for application development
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in process improvement and technology
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team attitude
• Meticulous, organized, and reliable in handling routine operational tasks
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proficient in spoken / writing skills in both English and Chinese
