Digitalization Assistant (Library)

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am-5pm
• Deployment: Eugenio López Foundation, Inc. (ELFI), Work Location: Quezon City (near Betty Go/Gilmore Ave. station via LRT2)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Digitization and Image Processing

• Digitize library materials using scanners and digital cameras in accordance with prescribed standards and targets.

2. Digital File Management and Records Monitoring

• Record and update collection lists, work templates, and digitization progress reports.

3. Library Materials and Equipment Maintenance

• Ensure proper handling and preservation of library materials throughout the digitization process.

• Maintain the cleanliness, upkeep, and optimal functionality of digitization equipment.

4. Administrative Support and Project Coordination

• Participate in strategic planning activities and provide support for departmental initiatives.

• Provide assistance to other Lopez Museum Library projects and programs and perform other duties as assigned.
