Digitalization Project Specialist

该职位来源于猎聘 The role As a key digital coordinator within the China Manufacturing function, you will play a central role in the global SAP deployment project with a focus on digital implementation. Your core mission is to drive the digital adoption of global manufacturing processes and standards within Chinese plants, while leading local smart manufacturing and system optimization initiatives. Serving as the critical link between global digital teams and local plant operations, you will be responsible for coordinating digital resources, identifying system and process gaps, designing and driving solutions, and ensuring the successful rollout of system upgrades and digital projects to continuously enhance the plant’s digital operational maturity. What you'll be responsible for

• Validate and drive the digital implementation of global “Make” processes in local production lines, ensuring effective integration of MES, SAP, and related systems.
• Coordinate with production teams to identify digital fit‑gaps, escalate critical local needs, and drive system enhancements and resolutions.
• Act as the SME for manufacturing processes and systems, supporting global teams in the digital management of master data such as routings and BOMs.
• Lead or support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure end‑to‑end validation of manufacturing processes in a digital environment.
• Coordinate a ten‑month ERP upgrade across two plants, ensuring full implementation and smooth cutover of the digital initiative.
• Drive and assist in plant digitalization projects, leveraging IT and digital capabilities to optimize manufacturing systems, data collection, and process flows. We're looking for someone who
• Strong operational experience in manufacturing, with deep knowledge of local manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with SAP Production Planning (SAP PP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and shop‑floor data collection, and related IoT technologies; experience in smart manufacturing system implementation is a plus.
• Ability to translate global design into real-world plant execution, and collaborate closely with line teams, IT, and data colleagues.
• Strong coordination and escalation skills, including the ability to anticipate production disruption risks and propose mitigations
• Project management experience in system upgrades or digitalization initiatives, capable of driving digital transformation projects in manufacturing.
