To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

Work closely with the R&D department to understand their business processes, challenges, and digitalization needs, translating them into clear technical solutions.

Lead or participate in the end-to-end management of digitalization projects, including requirements analysis, solution design, pilot implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement.

Evaluate, introduce, and manage advanced digital tools, platforms, and intelligent technologies (e.g., data analytics, AI/ML applications, etc.) to support engineering and innovation in R&D.

Be responsible for the configuration, integration, user training, and ongoing support of related systems and applications to ensure stable and effective adoption.

Proactively follow digital and intelligent technology trends, share knowledge internally, and contribute to the team’s technology roadmap.

Champion and apply agile, collaborative ways of working to ensure transparent and efficient project execution.

Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters, IT, and business units, facilitating clear communication, alignment, and expectation management.

Proactive research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry best practices (e.g., AI-driven automation) to propose innovative system enhancements.

Analyze system performance and utilize data to identify areas for optimization, driving continuous, data-driven process improvements.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Engineering, Data Science, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT solution analysis, digital project delivery, or system management. Experience in R&D is a plus

Experience working with engineering teams, with the ability to understand complex R&D processes and technical language

Experience in multinational or cross-cultural teamwork is an advantage

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Strong systems thinking and business process understanding, with the ability to design solutions and optimize workflows

Familiar with common enterprise digital platforms, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure), and data analytic tools, e.g.: Data Lakehouse, Power BI, Grafana, etc

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey ideas clearly and structurally to both technical and non-technical audiences

Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Practical experience or strong interest in applying intelligent technologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics, etc.) in engineering

Knowledge of R&D-related systems such as PLM, CAD, simulation, or test data management

Good data querying and analysis skills (e.g., SQL, Python)

Relevant certifications in digital and intelligence fields (e.g., cloud, AI certifications)

Solid knowledge of at least one requirement analysis and project management methodology (e.g., Agile, Scrum, SAFE)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions by translating complex requirements clearly

Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making

A quick learner who can rapidly master new business domains, workflows, and effectively visualize complex processes

A proactive, self-starting attitude with a drive to exceed expectations and take initiative, especially under pressure
