Digital/PR Specialist

Purpose

Runs the day-to-day digital campaigns and measures what works for each business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and manage paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Optimize the website and online listings for search, including Google Business Profiles and marketplace pages.
• Build/create brand collaborations
• Handles influencers/personalities and all related events in all digital platforms
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns and manage audience lists.
• Create tracking for promotions using UTM links, QR codes and promo codes so store, and pop-up results can be measured.
• Build weekly dashboards showing spend, traffic, sales and conversion by business unit.
• Run tests on audiences, creatives and offers, and share findings with the creative team.

Skills and experience

• 2 or more years in digital marketing or performance advertising.
• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Familiar with email platforms and basic website tools.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and dashboards.
