Dimensional Control Inspector is required for a short assignment in September to inspect offshore wind structural components. Based in the North East UK, it is a freelance ltd company role offering a competitive rate.
You will be responsible for performing dimensional inspections on structural components of offshore wind farms (monopiles, transition pieces and other steel structures).
Requirements
- Proven experience in dimensional inspections for offshore structures.
- Good knowledge of advanced measuring tools like Leica
- Solid understanding of fabrication, welding process and GD&T
