Dimensional Laboratory Engineer

Roles & responsibilities

·     Manage dimensional lab, calibration system and incoming inspection (Mechanical part)

·     Coordinate with the incoming inspection section and operation team for material measurement, Assemble unit measurement, equipment control and calibration activities.

·     Create instruction to inspect mechanical parts.

·     Create measurement programming to measure first article parts, NPI

·     Create and maintain dimensional lab system and concerned procedures.

·     Manage MSA for dimensional lab’s equipment and dimensional lab’s inspectors.

·     Drive and dispose to solve the issues of non-conforming parts and flied calibration equipment.

 Qualification:-

·     B.Eng or higher in Mechanical or Equivalent

·     Minimum of  3 years working experience in Dimensional and calibration systems

·     Knowledge of Quality Management System

·     Knowledge of incoming inspection, MSA, GD&T, CMM and OGP (Optical measurement 2D, 3D) or similar dimensional measurement equipment are advantage

·     Good communication skills and Good command in English
