Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay orders efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food, drinks, with professionalism,
• Upsell menu items including specialty drinks, desserts, or premium selections to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Process cash transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed
• Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs enhances your ability to thrive in diverse settings
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage pairings is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
• Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities

Pay: $22.62 - $27.24 per hour
