• Customer Service: Greet and seat guests, take orders, and make recommendations. Handle guest inquiries, resolve any issues promptly and professionally, and ensure a memorable dining experience for every customer.

• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness. Conduct regular checks of the dining area and service stations to ensure they meet our standards.

• Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members on service protocols, menu knowledge, and our restaurant’s standards. Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to the team.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar leadership role within a fine dining or fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of food and wine pairings. Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure. You must have a strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
