As a Dining Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents enjoy nutritious and delicious meals in a friendly and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily dining operations to ensure smooth service.
• Coordinate meal planning and preparation with the culinary team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to accommodate dietary needs.
• Train and supervise dining staff, ensuring high standards of service.
• Address and resolve any diningrelated concerns from residents or their families.
• Organize special dining events and activities for residents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a dining or hospitality role, preferably within assisted living or memory care.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
