We are seeking a hands-on Dining Supervisor to help lead daily dining operations and create a warm, attentive experience for residents and guests.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily dining and meal service operations and support appropriate staffing and workflow.
• Supervise, coach, and support dining team members and reinforce service and sanitation expectations.
• Coordinate with culinary and clinical teams regarding menus, resident preferences, allergies, diet orders, and texture modifications.
• Monitor dining room and kitchen cleanliness, food safety, service quality, and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, scheduling, documentation, and cost controls as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dining, food service, hospitality, or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Preferred Experience

• Senior living, assisted living, memory care, healthcare, or institutional dining experience preferred.

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
