Dining Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Dining Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support the achievement of operational and financial goals. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in restaurant operations. This role is best suited for professionals with solid experience in Japanese restaurant operations, who understand the standards, service culture, and fast-paced environment of Japanese dining concepts.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in restaurant operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Solid experience in a Japanese concept restaurant as Dining Manager or Restaurant Manager
• Strong knowledge of dining service standards, restaurant operations, food safety, and quality control
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, scheduling, and restaurant performance metrics
