DINING MANAGER

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team in delivering high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly address customer concerns.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and support restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Handle operational issues and resolve conflicts professionally.

Qualifications

• Male or Female.
• Bachelor's Degree in any four-year course; graduates of Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, or other food-related courses are preferred.
• At least two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Knowledgeable in food service operations, food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as needed.
