Dining Manager

JOB OBJECTIVE:

The Dining Manager leads shift operations, with a focus on exceptional customer service and supports high-quality food serving. This role collaborates with the Restaurant Manager and/or Kitchen Managers in managing staff, supporting operational efficiency, promoting brand equity, and financial health. Enforcing a positive workplace culture aligned to team performance, company values and business goals.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management and Tourism, Business Administration, Food Technology, or any related field
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service setting
• Customer Service Certification and leadership training are an advantage
• Proficient in people handling and labor management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Willing to be assigned in Max's Pacific Center, Binondo Manila

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
