Dining Room Associate

Job Summary

ProAbition is hiring a Dining Room Associate to support daily restaurant service and provide a welcoming experience for guests. This role assists with dining room organization, guest service, table preparation, order support, and maintaining a clean and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist with seating guests and maintaining organized dining areas
• Prepare, clean, and reset tables before and after service
• Support servers and restaurant staff during busy periods
• Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests
• Respond to routine guest requests and service needs
• Maintain clean and organized dining, service, and guest areas
• Restock dining supplies, utensils, napkins, and service items
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Perform additional restaurant service duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively

Preferred Skills

• Experience in dining room or front-of-house operations
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
