Dining Room Associate

Job Summary
Wren & Wolf is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Dining Room Associate to support daily dining room operations and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate will assist with table preparation, food and beverage service, guest requests, dining room cleanliness, and general front-of-house support.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, attentive service.
• Prepare tables, dining areas, and service stations before and during service.
• Assist with delivering food and beverages to guests accurately and promptly.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and special service needs.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to servers and kitchen staff.
• Monitor dining areas and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
• Maintain clean, organized, and presentable dining and service areas.
• Restock utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and other dining supplies.
• Assist servers and other team members during busy service periods.
• Help verify orders for accuracy before delivery when needed.
• Assist with takeout packaging and other restaurant service tasks as required.
• Support opening, closing, and routine dining room cleaning duties.
• Report guest concerns, equipment issues, or supply shortages to management.
• Follow food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented dining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, dining service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and service quality.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities during busy periods.

• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods during shifts.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
