Dining Room Floor Coordinator

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and hospitality-focused Dining Room Floor Coordinator to help oversee the flow of our dining room and ensure every guest receives excellent service.

This position works directly on the floor alongside our servers, bussers, hosts, bartenders, and management team. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable taking charge, communicates well, stays calm during busy shifts, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate the overall flow of the dining room during service
• Support and direct servers, bussers, and hosts throughout the shift
• Help ensure tables are greeted, served, cleared, and reset promptly
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns before they become problems
• Assist with seating and table rotation during busy periods
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Communicate with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and management to keep service running smoothly
• Help train and coach team members on service standards
• Step in and assist the team wherever needed during high-volume periods
• Help create a positive, professional, team-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

Restaurant experience is preferred, especially serving, hosting, or dining room leadership experience. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, great people skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

This is a hands-on floor position. We're looking for someone who leads by example and understands that great service comes from teamwork, communication, and taking care of our guests.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
