Dining Room Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary

Our community is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dining Room Manager/Supervisor to oversee daily dining room operations and lead our wait staff team. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional service, maintaining high sanitation standards, and creating a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

Duties

• Supervise daily dining room operations and meal service
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach dining room staff
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
• Oversee dining room setup, tray service, and meal attendance
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Monitor linen inventory and menu distribution
• Participate in resident food committee meetings and staff training
• Assist with other food service duties as assigned
• Must work every other weekend; hours from 10:30am to 7pm

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in dining services, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties of the position

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
