About the role

Salty Dog (Backbay Inc.) is seeking a dedicated and professional Dining Room Server to join our hospitality team in Salcedo, Makati City. We are looking for someone who is a team player, friendly and willing to go out of their way in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a Dining Room Server, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing attentive service, building guest relationships, and ensuring every visit exceeds expectations. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the hospitality industry. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, with coffee and cocktail production training as well.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a server or in a similar front-of-house hospitality role

• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette
