Dining Server

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dining server, waiter/waitress, or in food service is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant, friendly, and professional personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Honest, reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established standards.
• Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to customer requests, questions, and concerns professionally.
• Clear and clean tables and prepare them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dining area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with setting up and closing the dining area.
• Process or assist with customer bills and payments when required.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Report customer complaints, damaged equipment, or other concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php18,100.00 per month
