Dining Server

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dining Room Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service, with a focus on customer satisfaction and fine dining standards. As a Dining Room Server, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating residents and guests promptly, cheerfully and courteously.
• Ensuring all tables are properly prepared for meal service.
• Monitors seating flow of the dining room to ensure prompt and courteous dining service.
• Taking and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Assisting in busing and resetting tables.
• Ensuring safety and proper handling of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• Providing quick, efficient, and pleasant delivery of food.
• Maintains nightly check list ensuring all closing duties are completed correctly.
• Ensuring that quality standards and service are being delivered.
• Demonstrates understanding of infection control practices (hand washing and personal hygiene).

Ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and have a genuine compassion for the elderly.
