What You'll Do:

• Welcome customers, assist with seating, present menus, and explain dishes, beverages, promotions, and specials.
• Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and possible allergens.
• Take customer orders accurately, enter them into the POS system, and relay them clearly to the kitchen and beverage teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, check on customers, and respond to requests professionally.
• Ensure order accuracy
• Prepare bills and process customer payments accurately.
• Set, clear, clean, and sanitize tables and service areas, keeping dining supplies well-stocked.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and service teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, general cleaning, inventory counts, and reporting low-stock or damaged items.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in restaurant service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food service, sanitation, and payment procedures.
• Ability to understand the menu and communicate product information accurately.
• Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Excellent customer-service and verbal communication skills.
• Good listening, attention to detail, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Accuracy in taking orders and processing payments.
• Positive attitude and professionalism, with the ability to handle customer concerns calmly.
• Reliable, honest, punctual, and able to work efficiently during busy periods.
