As a Dining Server, you will help create a welcoming restaurant-style dining experience while living the values that define Vineyard Park Senior Living's culture: The 5 C's.

Position Summary

The Dining Server delivers exceptional customer service to residents and guests while supporting a positive dining experience. This position is responsible for meal service, resident engagement, dining room presentation, and ensuring every resident feels valued and welcomed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome residents and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Take meal orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner
• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and learn their preferences
• Set, clear, and maintain dining room tables and service areas
• Assist with special events, celebrations, and community gatherings
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with culinary, care, and operations teams
• Promote resident satisfaction through outstanding hospitality
• Demonstrate the Vineyard Park 5 C's in every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, dining, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Senior living experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Food Handler Permit or ability to obtain upon hire
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• A genuine passion for serving older adults
