Job Summary:
Greets guests, manages reservations and waitlists, and guides guests to their tables. Provides a positive first impression and helps with general front-of-house organization.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of HRM/Tourism or any Bachelor's Degree course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but having an experience in the role is a plus.
- Efficient in table seating.
- Proficient in customer service and has a clear communication skills.
- Open and willing to work on graveyard/shifting schedules.
- Willing to be assigned in BARN, NUVALI SANTA ROSA LAGUNA
