Job Summary

Glendale Dining Services is seeking a Dining Services Manager to oversee daily dining operations, lead food-service staff, maintain quality standards, and provide an excellent dining experience. The manager will work closely with culinary and management teams to ensure efficient service and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dining and food-service operations.
• Lead, train, and support dining services staff.
• Monitor service quality and address customer concerns.
• Coordinate staffing and daily operational activities.
• Maintain food quality, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and food-service equipment.
• Assist with budgeting and operational cost control.
• Work with culinary teams on menus and food-service programs.
• Support special events and dining functions.
• Maintain accurate operational and service records.

Requirements

• Previous dining, restaurant, hospitality, or food-service management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Food-service management certification preferred.
