DINING STAFF

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Dining Staff member to join our team at ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE in Tagaytay City, Cavite. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As Dining Staff, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring every guest receives prompt, professional and courteous service. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and creating memorable experiences that keep customers returning to our venue.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at appropriate dining areas
• Presenting menus and providing recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
• Serving food and beverages promptly whilst maintaining high standards of presentation
• Checking in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and addressing any concerns immediately
• Processing payments and handling transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
• Restocking dining areas with necessary supplies, linens and place settings
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
• Maintaining a positive attitude and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as dining staff, server or similar customer-facing role in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple tables and orders simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure under pressure
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our establishment's procedures and standards
