Dining Staff

Location: Mandaluyong City | Laguna | Taguig City (Deployment depends on business needs)

Employment Type: Full-time (Shift-based including weekends and holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Warmly welcome guests, deliver attentive service, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Order Taking & Upselling: Master the menu to guide guest choices, accurately process POS orders, and actively recommend specials, premium dishes, and beverages.
• Service & Kitchen Coordination: Partner closely with kitchen staff to ensure prompt order delivery and accommodate specific guest dietary requests.
• Dining Room Upkeep: Maintain high standards of cleanliness through prompt table setup, ongoing bussing, and thorough end-of-shift preparation.
• Team Support: Assist teammates during peak rush hours, restock service stations, and maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting OR Fresh Graduates (Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields) with a strong desire to learn are welcome to apply!
• Skills: Strong communication abilities and a natural flair for active upselling.
• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, high-energy, and able to memorize menu details quickly.
• Requirements: Flexibility to work rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
