Dining Staff

Job Responsibilities

• To provide good overall customer service; from welcoming customers down to serving food
• Present menus and perform suggestive selling
• Take food & beverage orders from customers
• Entertain customer questions/concerns
• Carry trays of food & beverage from kitchen to dining
• Prepare checks and take payments from customers

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related courses
• With experience in Food & Beverage Service is a plus
• Has idea in basic customer service
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work night shift
• Willing to be assigned in The Grid / The Link Makati.
